Problem statement
Oracle enterprise users want to have the convenience of request goods or services on the go, so they can save time for their core job functionality.  How might we help users to request what they want quickly and smoothly?
User validated at each step
Top pain point

Limited Functionality

Users don't have billing edit capabilities on mobile or requesting services with forms. This is the biggest user uptake blocker.

Confusing information hierarchy

“I dont always know why certain results are returned, or the ranking method or where results will take me, e.g. punchout to an external site, smart form to a form".

Missing content

Users complain about "missing images interrupt my eye as I scan through" and the whole product has lots of labels with empty values.

FINAL DESIGN
Make submitting requisition fast and easy
After rounds of iterations, we were able to deliver an E-commerce like yet more focused requesting experiences for the enterprise employees. The resulting designs are simple enough that anybody can request goods without further onboarding, yet powerful enough to meet the advanced editing and diverse requesting needs.
